I had Rockland come out to replace part of my sewer line. Jake and his associate were on time and were very professional. For the work they performed I was charged a reasonable price. From now on I will have Rockland perform all my plumbing needs. Jake is an honest hard worker.

If I could give them a zero i would. Disrespectful of my time. Had an appointment between 10-2. Called at 3:20 to say they would be here within a hour. I call them at 5:30 and they lie and said they came and I wasn't here. Asked if they came why didn't they call, lied and said they called. No call, no show. Not interested in rescheduling with you because you already have shown that you have no work ethic. I can understand things happen but I will not accept a liar. American Home Shield needs to choose better vendors to do business with.

These guys are very professional did a excellent job in replacing a broken pipe in my bathroom that was underneath the ground. I would recommend them before any other company. Jake and his apprentice handle the job very clean and timely, his boss should be very proud of these 2 guys. Thanks again.
