Had water coming up from a drain in the basement. Noticed it late at night and called for emergency service. They called me back within an hour and arranged for a certain time frame for the technician to show up. The water receded some but I was still concerned. The tech arrived exactly when he said he would. He ended up rodding out the line and said there were tree roots and wipes causing the clog. I have lived here for over 20 years, and the house is one of the older ones in the block, and I haven't had a problem until now, so I can't really complain. The service tech (Dave) was friendly and

I was very pleased with the plumber that arrived. He was timely, knowledgable, and polite. He used shoe covers and even cleaned up in the kitchen after he finished! He resolved the issue and I was able to use my sink and run my gabage disposal and dishwasher again. Thanks Four Seasons!
