Home 1 Inspection Service LLC was founded by Chris Martin TREC# 10251 in 2013. Graham Waring joined Home 1 in early 2017 When you choose Home 1 to inspect your investment, you know exactly who will show up to inspect the property, the person you spoke with over the phone who committed to protecting your investment.
Buyer's inspections are initiated by the home-buyer. These inspections are designed to assure there are no hidden surprises and to provide peace of mind to the buyer. A buyer's inspection is most often a contingency to the close of the real estate deal. This type of inspection is the most common and is a valuable tool for negotiations during the home buying process.
Imagine owning a home and not knowing of the latent defects that will one day manifest. Roof leaks, compromised shower pans, and improperly operating or installed appliances are just a few common problems found in homes. These problems are usually discovered after significant damage has been done or warranties have expired.

Graham was very professional and thorough. He pointed out everything, even minor concerns, allowing us the information we needed to proceed with the home purchase. He asked if we had any concerns about anything we saw, and went into more detail on those items. His report was detailed, yet easy to understand. He took his time to do it right.

Graham was the best inspector ever. I bought a house twice before and I have never seen such a pro looking at every detail and explaining it to me as we went through the house. I was very nervous with the purchase of my first house and what to expect with the home inspection. Graham was friendly and professional, and went above and beyond with the inspection of my soon-to-be home. He was very thorough and did not seem rushed at all when he was going over everything with me in the end. Hearing all the repairs that might need to be made was a little overwhelming to me at that point (even though most were just minor), so it didn't really sink in until I received the report-He made himself available to answer any questions/clarifications that I had after receiving the report

I write this review to warn others who are looking for an inspector in this market to choose carefully. This is our 5th home but our 1st existing home. We voiced our particular concerns prior to the inspection and specifically asked to be present during the inspection. My husband is a veteran and with the VA lending process any issue found and named in the inspector's report must be addressed in order for funding to be approved. Graham was very thorough and really took his time to note everything that warranted repair during his inspection. He was very knowledgeable when we asked him questions or had concerns about certain repairs, his inspection list he provided to us was also very detailed. I recommend Home 1 Inspections, the inspector Graham Waring is professional and friendly. He steep into the roof, got into the attic and follow all the details of the house. During the inspection and in the time to follow he as patient answering all the questions I asked. I receive a professional written report with pictures of details of the house and recommendations the day following the inspection (a Sunday). Graham worked with a tied schedule, I highly recommend that the buyer accompany him thought some of the inspection to learn from him. In summary a service inspection is a 10/10. Thanks
