Matt was awesome ! He was on time, professional and his work ethic spoke for itself. He took the time to explain the problem in great detail and showed nothing but patience and enthusiasm in answering any questions we had. I hope his employer recognizes how valuable he is. From start to finish, we were very satisfied with our entire experience. From the professional, friendly, and efficient person who took our call, to the quickness and eagerness showing to resolve our problem as soon as possible. 11/10 would recommend this place to anyone in need of any plumbing or heating needs !!

I'm delighted to say I found my new plumbers! I cannot say enough about the professionalism, respectfulness, and genuine decency I was treated to by Matt and his colleague-in-training Kamren (not a misspelling :-) ) Not only was LHR the first plumbing company to respond to our call, but they were on time, friendly, and went above and beyond what I expected. Both Kevin and Matt were excellent, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. I recommend LHR to anyone that wants quality work done at a reasonable price compared to other Plumbers and Plumbing Companies. I have called every Plumber and Plumbing company in and around my town 15 and over. LHR was the only one that responded professional and followed thru on the entire process. This is the second time LHR has been out. Both times they were able to schedule a visit in a reasonable time, arrived on time and were professional. Procedure, pricing and contingencies were all explained up front prior to work starting. Mark explained every step and made me aware of what he was dealing with and what he had to do to repair. His workmanship was excellent and he found things others had missed.

DO NOT USE LHR!! If you don't want to read the whole review, in short, they put in a faulty piece when fixing my hot water and after being told by the manager that they would provide some sort of refund, I never got a call back from him or refunded despite reaching out nicely to them for over a month.
Longer version: I had problems with my hot water. When they came to figure out the problem, they told me it was likely my shower pistols, so they replaced them (and charged me a pretty penny). When that didn't work, they recommended replacing my mixing valve on my boiler, to which I agreed
