Mom has a double kitchen sink and it would fill and not drain on either side. Called and spoke with Charlie at 7:45 am and he said we will be there between 9 and 11 that day. Received phone call at 10:45 from Tyler saying he was coming and was a bit behind, when he arrived we told him the problem and things we had done before calling. Tyler went to work and writhing 30 minutes he had the sink fixed. He explained everything and even showed me what to do if the problem happened again, so I could do it before calling again. Charlie was fast and efficient after we had a horrible and expensive experience with another sewer company in the area. We have an old sewage pump that was backing up that was unfamiliar to most servicers, but he was able to quickly install a check valve and solve our issue. He was very friendly and prompt! We will be using him if we ever have issues with our sewer in the future and cannot recommend him enough! 👍🏻

I had a severe root blockage in my main drain and I had the pleasure of having Tyler come out and fix a problem other companies told me they couldn’t do, through great knowledge and a great work ethic he was able to clear the pipe better than I had ever seen it and will never use anybody else other than top dog and hopefully Tyler again with any other issue that arise

I called Top Dog Sewer & Drains this morning and spoke with Charlie. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule and in less than a half hour he was on site! He was able to unclog the toilet which had a pair of glasses that were stuck in there from the prior tenant. Charlie was great! He cleaned up thoroughly and left the bathroom spotless. Thanks to Top Dog Sewer and Drains, our new tenant has a working toilet when they return later today.

We had a clogged drainage system in the rear of the property. Top Dog was very prompt. They explained the problem and the proposed solutions. Top Dog remedied the system for a very fair price. We own a duplex in Derry that had a clogged drain on Friday The Plumber that we have used
For years said he could send someone until
Monday. I tried several other plumbers and got the same answer We checked with the tenants on Saturday and they said that thing were better and they could wait till Monday. Sunday we went to the Duplex and they were unable to do dishes, flush toilets, laundry anything. I called our regular plumber and several other and said this is an emergency situation. Received the same answer. Sorry can not help you till Monday. So then we reach Top Dog What a difference Charlie
