My family has used this business since the late 1980's and they have consistently provided exceptional service. They are caring, understanding, and very professional during the entire process. They made something that I dreaded (planning a funeral) a lot smoother than expected. What a great team to work with. They are professional, detail-oriented, and given the nature of their business, compassionate. Matthew helped me with all the details, was very patient with me, and made sure I understood everything that needed be done, which resulted with a beautiful service and funeral for my wife. Given that friends and family were not able to attend, Matthew offered their webcast service, which allowed everyone of our loved ones to be part of the service remotely. Their website is also great, providing friends and family the ability to send flowers as well as to write messages

Loudoun Funeral Chapel is wonderful. They are warm, friendly, and compassionate. They have helped with making arrangements for both of my parents, and helped organize my father’s interment at Arlington back in 2013. They will be doing the same for my mother, but at a later date, due to COVID-19 delays. They are very knowledgeable regarding military funerals, and I anticipate another smoothly run funeral for my mother. They are helping me every step of the way, and I agree with the other reviews: they do not rush you at all. I highly recommend them.
