Extremely pleasant experience. I was actually just trying to print a few pdfs from a pendrive and what they do is actually large scale professional printing. Still, the staff was very happy to help me and even let me take a peek at their machines. Really cool. Now I know where to go after I finally finish that novel and decide to self-publish. :D

I have worked with JP Graphics on many print projects, and they do a fantastic job every time. They have printed postcards with dimensional spot UV, mail pieces with graphics printed on the envelope, brochures, wedding invitations with gold foil and white ink on the envelopes, and more. Joan often tells me that if I can image it, she can print it! And her shop has the equipment to back that up. I called JP graphics and I met Joan. Boy, was this owner on some kind of hormonal pill even though I was the pregnant bride. I have never met a rude emotional owner in my life especially someone I just met for the first time. I came her shop this Friday previously spoken to her, and send her email of the files she requested plus the details of what I need. I had a call with hotel that went over time, and asked if I can still go talk to her. Her staff said yes. I apologized when I got there. She was very emotional the second she met me. I can't speak highly enough of the service and product. I do not have much knowledge about printing but needed a job done for a client fast. My daughter had her heart set on forest green envelopes with white addresses for her Save the Date cards. We soon learned that very, very few places can print using white ink. After many fruitless phone calls, I reached Joan at JP Grahics, who when I asked, without much hope left, whether she had a printer that could print with white ink, replied, "Of course I do. Joan and her team at JP Graphics are the Best. They are professional, responsive, their work is beautiful - and their prices are very reasonable! I needed white ink on black envelopes using an excel file that had all of our guest names, and they made the process so fast and easy. They also made suggestions to make the invitations more elegant (a lovely belly band). Our company has used JP Graphics for years, and we just found out that our main point of contact, Barbara, is no longer with the company. Upon finding that out, I received an email from Joan, stating that they will only continue to do our business cards if we give them other business as well, because business cards alone isn't making them any money. What a great company! JP created a new logo design for our non-profit. Amy, the designer, gave us 4-5 great initial options. She took our input about what we wanted to convey in our logo and really hit the mark - an amazingly difficult thing to do! The logo we chose she tweaked several times for us until it was just what we wanted - all done with patience, efficiency, creativity and professionalism. We will follow up with printed pieces and I'll review again then, but couldn't be happier with the designer!

JP Graphics is one of the best print houses in the bay area. I've been a designer for over 10 years and have not seen a better printer. The amount of machines and print processes that they can produce under one roof is totally uncommon in this era of the internet. They are exceptionally nice and courteous with their customers and I highly recommend to anyone that needs a good quality printer!
