My Company has been a customer of MediaTechnics since 2007 when we bought our first DVD Autoloader system.
This company has become slower at responding to customer needs. With our current DVD Publisher system, we've now waited 5 months for replacement parts. The only response we receive from the company when they do respond back are apologies and excuses.
Really, how long does it take to Flash firmware on 6 DVD burner replacement drives? We are now looking at other Duplicator Publishing systems and canceling our replacement drive orders.

We purchased a CD/DVD duplication system from Mediatechnics Systems in November 2009 . This system, from day one was not operating correctly. Upon calling their Customer Service department (non-existent). We finally got them to send a replacement part, that was installed on the system incorrectly from the factory. We put on the new part and then found the system having new problems. long story short, they shipped us a lesser system to use and we sent in the new one for repair (all at our expense). We sent the system to them on the 1st of April, we followed up with numerous phone calls and emails

We purchased a CD/DVD duplication system from Mediatechnics Systems. We were told, in writing, it would work with our existing CD/DVD Rimage Printer. The system came misconfigured and with a defective motherboard. We returned the unit and shipped them OUR printer for configuration. When the duplicator and our printer were returned the printer had been destroyed in transit. The repaired unit would not cycle CD/DVDs properly. We shipped back the duplicator and requested a refund. It has been two weeks and we have not received a refund for the duplicator, reimbursement for our destroyed printer, or
