Been using Jeff for a while now but never again. This last time left me in more pain than when I went in and now I'm weary of his "expertise."

I came to him with neck, back, and psiatic pain, but he insisted on pressing his body weight down on a broken rib with a hematoma. He said it was a twisted rib and that it's happened to him before. I've told him before I have broken ribs, yet he still insisted on unwittingly exacerbating this injury I got the day prior.

My issue with this is that he insisted on touching a very recent injury, despite me never mentioning it in the

I am a competitive powerlifting and I see Jeff once every 3-4 weeks and he keeps my body healthy while in prep. I have tried 3 other massage businesses and nothing compares. Simply the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I messaged Therapy Today through the Yelp App and they responded within 10 minutes. I was able to book for an appointment the day I called! Drew discussed with me my concerns and truly addressed those issues! He focused on my hip pain and showed me ways to stretch the muscles to help prevent it from reoccurring!! I will be back!!

I woke up today and was having massive muscle spasms in my neck. I got on here and found these guys and they got me in first thing this morning. It helped so much I went from not being able to move my neck to having about 50% mobility in just a half hour visit. I would recommend them for anyone who is in pain and needs a good massage.

I had my first appointment with Drew today. During the intake, I appreciated his concern to make sure he understood what my symptoms were. After the intake, he gave me a very good massage that addressed different levels of pain in my shoulder/neck area and loosened up various areas of tension.

I would gladly recommend him and will be coming back.

I made my first appt with Jeff through the website. He was at a doctor's appt when I arrived the next morning(?), so I was given the option to work with Drew. I was overdue for bodywork so agreed. The session helped alleviate my pain. 4 stars for the tone of astonishment ("really?") when I felt or expressed pain ("REAlly?") from the work, as it doesn't serve any purpose in a therapeutic environment. Nor does pointing out my stutter. Nor does leaving the door wide open during intake. I made the point to describe my pressure preferences in the online health intake

Ah-mazing. Jeff is super professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I love that he gave me tips on exercises and modifications to work routines in my life to prevent more back and shoulder problems. If you want a typical quiet, relaxing massage he can do that. I had more of a deep tissue massage and he did some stretching of my muscles which was wonderful. He listens to what you are wanting and is great about communicating with you about your comfort levels. I am sadly from out of town but I will definitely be using Jeff when I visit again!

I had some terrible neck and shoulder pain after working on a computer straight during the weekend. My head was hurting badly and so was the back of my eyes. I even thought about going to a hospital but I wanted to try getting medical massage first.

Jeff was very professional and he clearly knows what he was doing. I have tried a few places in Lubbock and they were good for relaxation but not for solving a specific issue. He explained how my muscle functioned and what caused the tension, and made sure that the problem was solved by the time the session was done. At the other places, when I mention

I love Jeff. He gives you exactly what you need to get through your body pains. The atmosphere is very comfortable and he will go above and beyond to help you. He is about your long term health more than just making money which I really appreciate.

First experience with medical massage; it was wonderful. My therapist was Jeff, he was great. Makes you feel very comfortable. He is very thorough with his questions concerning your pain and what areas you struggle with. Jeff lets you know little ways to manage and help with your stress and muscle pain, he is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be coming back for one or two more sessions to hopefully relieve the rest of the pain remaining from years of stress and activity. Very reasonable price, in fact, I thought I should have paid him more after my first session was over due to his wonderful

I have had massages seriously all over the world. Austin, Atlanta, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Norway... they're all relaxing and work well, but Jeff is probably the best practitioner I've seen. Who would have thought, right in lil' Lubbock. Professional and encyclopedic about muscles and how they all work together. I can't recommend him enough. Informative, wonderful price and really helps you feel better.

Called on a Saturday morning and Jesse made time for us the same day. My husband and 14 yr old son both had terribly painful knots in their neck and shoulders, we took a friend that is a physical trainer and athlete, needing a good all over rub down. They did 30 min deep tissue massages, so that all 3 could be seen that day. All 3 felt the massage was great and that Jesse offered simple and helpful information for each of them. All 3 were only $85 total! We will be seeing him on a regular basis!

A freind recommend Jeff and Im glad I listened! Jeff truly uses massages as a wellness tool. There no "slap on some lotion and rub" going on. He asks where youre hurting and fixes it. I enjoy getting the Swedish and deep tissue mix. He works the knots and its still relaxing. Best of both worlds for the same price. He works really hard and charges a fraction of other places. He's a solo practitioner so he just has a single bed and maintains a professional and clean environment. He's very nice and takes time to get to know you personally. Students get a 10% discount! Went here for my first massage in Lubbock and I'll definitely be back. I did the 90 min deep tissue ($85) and it was really great. Jeff does a good job and tailors the massage to the needs of the client. I've had a deep tissue in the past but that one was just painful, this one was a good painful. He really zoned in on several knots (many I didn't know I had!). Deep tissue definitely isn't as relaxing as Swedish, but I don't think it's supposed to be.

The place is small, but cute and clean. The building was easy to find which was a plus.

Jeff was friendly and professional
