Hot rock massage therapy uses hot stones to help loosen stiff muscles and releases muscle tension. With slow, long, gliding strokes, deep tissue massage focus on the deeper part of the muscle and works to help chronic muscle tension. Back-walking massage isn't only for the movies. The Ashiatsu massage is a more intense version of a deep tissue massage and is perfect for areas that need deeper work.

This massage is an oil massage therapy that originated in India. Our therapists hand pick an exotic oil based on your personal dosha, warm the oil and use friction and circular movements around your joints and muscles to help heal the body. The Ayurvedic massage is the perfect recharger and rejuvenator of the mind and body and promotes love and stability.
With firm pressure, deep tissue massage works to release chronic muscle tension. This massage is similar to the Swedish massage, but works more intensely to release tautness formed from stress, overwork, or lack of treatment. Focusing on the deeper parts of the muscle and connective tissue surrounding the muscles, our therapists used slow, long, and gliding strokes to relieve stress.

I spent so much wasted time and money praying for a good massage going to Woodhouse here in Lubbock thinking that was my only option for a good massage. I wish I had found Luminous You sooner. The massages are incredible, and I am always shocked that it doesn't cost more. If you are fed up with getting mediocre massages around town, go here and start relaxing.
