By far the best experience that I have had with a plumbing company. Cody Eason was very knowledgeable and professional. I had a clogged garbage disposal and being newly divorced, I didn’t exactly know how to fix it myself. Yes I googled how to unclog it and not only did the suggested method not work but it was also advised against once I had called… Eason plumbing. Very thankful that Cody took the time to speak with me and was able to help at 8pm. I would highly recommend this family owned company for your plumbing needs and I will definitely use them again.

I had a leaking hot water tank so called for service this morning. THOMAS arrived within the hour and diagnosed the issue, explaining his analysis step-by-step. I am happy (amazed actually) that I now have a new unit working great, he hauled off the old unit, and left the work area spotless. Can’t give THOMAS enough praise—entirely professional, knowledgeable, great personality and work ethic, and finished the work all this morning. I will definitely use Eason and Thomas again!

I have spent the last 20 minutes referring this company to my friends and family. Punctual, professional, and extremely cost efficient. Jeremy is a true professional that not only fixed the refrigerator, he made suggestions for limiting other problems in the future. Jeremy was very courteous and communicated very well with us. He even came somewhat out of his normal service area to resolve our issue. Immediately looked to save us money without us even asking even though he could have charged us more. He had all parts in stock. We had been planning another larger plumbing project in the near future and had gotten a quote from one of the national chains that had cleaned out the drains told us we needed. Jeremy informed us this did not need to be done even though he could have profited from. I highly recommend their service to anyone in the serve area.

These guys are great! Got scheduled and dispatched within a day, and they did the work so fast I thought they were pulling my leg when they said they were finished!

We called Eason Plumbing to schedule them to come out. They were SO fast and got us scheduled for the next day. Dalton came out, and figured out exactly what was wrong! Jeremy was communicative and professional. We had a leaking hose bib that needed to be replaced. It got to the point we could hear water running all day long and it was clear we really needed to get it fixed. Not only was he quick, he was the lowest quote we received by far. I didn't realize that they're located in Murfreesboro. If I had, I probably wouldn't have considered them for the job, but I'm so grateful it worked out the way it did because we couldn't be happier with their work. We will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.
