This is what we were left with after not being able to use our water for a week. They showed up like 6 hours late one of the days they were here and one of the men left his sandwich rapper behind. There's old fiberglass left outside that I guess they didnt bother to throw away. My apartment was trashed when they left. (Chunks of wood and little pieces of things were put in corners) He was leaving and said that he was told to make it functional....
