Last summer, my husband and I decided to look for a second home in the city of Madison -- we are from Illinois, but enjoy boating on Lake Mendota. We were originally looking for a condo in or near downtown. We connected with Jolenta, and she obliged by showing us several properties. She was very honest with us, sharing her opinion of value the actual value of the property versus the asking price -- literally zero pressure to purchase.

I represented my cousin's estate in the sale of her beloved home. Jolenta went above and beyond in getting the house ready for photos and showings in the midst of a pandemic. I usually do not write bad reviews. But i decided to write this one, so that others will be wary of this agent (Jolenta Averill). One of the worst realtor agent i have seen. She has a lot of attitude. She uses lot of tricks to betray the clients. Recently i sold my house in sun prairie. She was the buyer side agent at that time. Just 1hr before the closing, she blackmailed me saying that the air conditioner is not working and closing wont happen until its fixed. How can she expect to come down the home temperature in 1hr from 80 to 75 if the outside temperature is 90. I could not bear the kind

We were moving from Phoenix Arizona to Madison Wi and I had no idea where to start with our relocation, Jolenta walked me through what we needed to do and gave us her entire weekend when my husbands company had us out in April. Dan is very knowledgeable and easy to work with! We met him early in our house buying process and he was very easy to work with. As a first time home buyer, it was so great to have Jolenta by my side for the full bying experience. She advised on what to offer and helped predict how the seller would most likely counter.
