Utterback is a great realty. I believe they're the only ones in Clinton that do rentals as well, which is one of the reasons we chose them to sell our house. Our house was on the market for close to a year before finally selling. Towards the end we briefly considered just renting it out instead of just sitting on it, but thankfully someone bought it before we could change the listing to a rental. Our realtors name was Ryan and he was the best!!!! He was super patient with us and very informative. He explained all of our options and I felt like we were always heading in the right direction at least

Ryan Dalton was amazing to work with. He listened to everything we needed in a home and made sure that we found our dream home. Instead of just trying to sell us any home, he was honest with us. If he knew a house had issues or wasn't a good fit for us he told us. Would definitely work with him again.
