Jessica helped my daughter buy her first home. Jessica was super nice and helpful. She offered insight without being pushy. I hardly ever leave reviews, but Jessica and her team deserves a screaming review!! My husband and I just bought our first home, and it was a daunting process in the beginning. We started to look at homes almost 6 years ago, but our finances were not in order. Jessica stuck by us, and when the time was right she hit the ground running right along… side us. This market was particularly difficult to buy in, with so many people paying over asking price, but Jessica was patient as we made offers and stayed persistent on what we wanted. We used Chad. He was great at the beginning of the process then we could just tell it was about the money for him & not about caring about his customers. During our closing meeting he spent 90% of his time… on his phone & zero time answering questions for us. There were so many complaints we had. HOWEVER I will give credit where credit is due....the company made up for his behavior & for that I would use them again if ever needed to.
