Made a last minute appointment yesterday evening. I was able to get accommodated within the half hour. I got one hour combo massage for $50 with Lucy, and it was amazing! I will definitely be back. When I made the appointment, I was sure to ask if I can pay in credit card and tip in credit card, and it was no problem. There was however a $2 fee for using a card. I love how close this is to my house, and I would certainly come back and ask for Lucy. A go to for a quick fix.

Just had a massage by LISA ! Omg best deep tissue massage. I operate a glass company and I had a back injury from a heavy install. SHE WAS AMAZING! She offered a oil for an extra $20 half way through, I purchased it. It was amazing my back feels 100x better. Still a bit sore from my injury spot but she really got in there so I know tomorrow I will feel so much better! Worth every penny!

-each room has Lysol and client can use prior laying down
-witnessed changing of linens after my massage
-want to be in the same room as your friend/ partner? Just ask. They can accommodate couples
-ashiatsu massage available.
-masks worn masseuse and patrons are asked to wear them as well
-AC was on, felt comfortable
-lights dimmed, very minimal light usage
-serene music playing in all rooms
-masseuse named "Coco" has a very strong hand

My first time at this place and my last. I did the $80 for hour and half deep tissue. During the massage I told her a few areas that were really needing work and she offered special oil for $10 more. I was expecting to get the bottle when done but nope. Also, I left a $11 tip in the room and the therapist came back and basically said I need to leave $20 and literally took the 20 from the counter that I was paying for the $10 oil and gave me back the $10 of the $11 and even kept the $1. So I was upsold and forced to pay a $21 tip. What a joke and I feel robbed..

Had to update this review after my husbands last experience. It was a total mess and they are horrible at customer service. He called to make an appointment and when he showed up they gave him someone inexperienced mind you they could've just been upfront and he would have asked for another day and time. They tried to turn things on him and didn't even try to apologize. We will no longer be going here.

Pretty good massage! I'm the kind of person who loves deep pressure, and I want to feel sore when I come home. Though it wasn't quite the deep pressure I wanted, but it also wasn't just a light stroke down my back.
My husband likes a lighter massage and he said "8/10". The environment was very nice, the staff was respectful and kind, and I really appreciated it. They got us in on super short notice which was really great.
It would be nice if they asked prior to going in where you wanted focus and how much pressure (just because I find it awkward to interrupt their process

Wow I love this place so much. Typical I get a 2 hour combo or deep tissue massage with Amber. Super professional, spa quality full body massage. I have gone to many different massage places including expensive spas, but kk takes care of you at half the price.

Looked forward to trying this place because of the reviews and it's open during the pandemic. "Miya" did great and kept checking on me, if the massage was too hard or too weak. Unfortunately, when we went to pay, the cashier overcharged us when I specifically said $20 tip--$10 per masseuse. She charged $5 for using a credit card and put $125, then proceeded to ADD another $20 dollar tip and charged us $145! Didn't see this until after we left.

Overall, very positive experience. The staff was friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the massage itself was incredible! My main disappointment came when the staff demanded I tip a certain amount when checking out. They tried to pressure me into tipping which was awkward and made me and my wife feel uncomfortable. So, just know if you go here they will expect a $10 tip per person for a 60 minute massage and $20 per person for a longer massage. I'm guessing business has been rough due to COVID and that's understandable but still, demanding a tip is unprofessional.

Exactly what I needed to release some tension in my shoulders and relax for a long week ahead. I made an appointment day of and got right into the private room when I arrived. The place was dimly lit and clean, making me feel comfortable. My masseuse was wonderful. I chose a combo massage for 90 minutes with special focus on my shoulders and it was great! Definitely would suggest and go again. Worth the price!

I got the Thai Massage and full body scrub. The only thing I didn't like is that even though I paid for the full hour for the massage. I thought the body scrub was after that hour. Apparently not.
Now if you're gonna get a full body scrub, make sure you bring flip flops (which I did) and be prepared to be naked. And you'd have to walk to the shower after. But I got no shame in my game.

It’s the best place to get a massage! They have great services provided for any types of massage you need, no matter if it’s deep tissue or just a normal massage! It’s the place I have ever been to get a massage in the area of Riverside! Every time is a brand new experience filled with enjoyment and will feel like a new person every time after a massage. I love this place! My husband and I have come here several times and they put you in a cute couple room. The lighting is low and there is faint relaxing music. Today we asked for a deep tissue and the ladies did not disappoint. It was a full hour and they really got in there. We will keep coming back and definitely recommend to our friends and family. Note: if there is an area you want them to focus on tell them before you go in. I told them my neck and shoulders and they really focused on those areas. So happy with this place!
