I have been a massage therapist since 1995 after graduating from Brenneke College in Seattle, WA. I've honed my skills working in a variety of settings, including a plastic surgeon's office providing lymphatic massage, healing center providing Swedish massage, and as a traveling massage therapist to athletes providing sports and deep tissue massage.
Swedish massage uses light to moderate pressure with long strokes and kneading of the muscles to reduce tension and promote relaxation. Deep tissue massage uses a firm pressure to work deep into the muscles and connective tissue to release knots and reduce pain due to muscle tightness. Sports massage incorporates deep tissue massage with stretching to relieve tight muscles and improve flexibility.
Invite over your closest friends and family to unwind with a group massage from Know Knots Mobile Massage. The massage therapist(s) will arrive 30 minutes prior to the event with the massage table(s), sheets, and oil. It is preferable to have a private room away from the sounds of the party. The therapist will leave the room while the client undresses to their comfort level.

I’ve been looking for a therapist for deep tissue and sports massage since I moved back in 2019. I came across Randy on Yelp recently after long Google and Yelp searches, but was hesitant about the therapist going to your home. Know knots has lots of solid reviews so I took a screen shot and kept their info for some time. I finally got to meet Randy today. He’s professional and knows exactly where you’re hurting badly and works on it. Now that I think about it it’s nice to have someone come to your home on your time. I’m used to a solid deep tissue and sports massage and Randy definitely

First off I would like to say I’m very picky as to who I allow to work on me, my body needs and wants steady deep pressure an Randy has great pressure and a even greater massage technique! he definitely worked my knots outs I’ve been in pain from driving over the road and randy came out last minute notice to help work my aches and pain I will definitely use his services again!!!

First and foremost, the skill of the massuese is wonderful. I got the massage for my wife and she was physically very pleased. Randy has amazing hands. This was almost a 5-Star review. Pre massage was a great experience. A big shout out to Heather who assisted me in setting up the appointment. Also, they were willing to move the appointment up a bit since our schedule opened up. Heather was great to communicate with and provided 5-Star service.

I have been to many massage therapists and Randy is the BEST I'VE HAD. He listens really well where the problems are and with his extensive knowledge of anatomy on the muscles and nerves he knows where to massage. He gives HIGH QUALITY massages and is PROFESSIONAL. For example Randy won't suggest you to make an excessive about of appointments like many others do; I have had other therapists people suggest 4-5x a week for two weeks... that is simply trying to get money, WHEREAS Randy will assess the situation and recommend the PROPER amount.
