AZ Streak Free

Had them out the first time in the spring and they did a good job, but didn't show up on time and called to ask if they could come later in the day. No biggie, the job was done well and I was pleased. Called again a couple of weeks ago and scheduled them to come out today at 9:30. I called them when at 9:50 no one had arrived. Had to leave a message, but Roger did call back and asked if they could come later. We agreed on 2:45. Well now it's 4:00 and still no Roger. I've called and left 2 more messages but radio silence. I won't be using them again. Good luck with them showing

I like Roger, priced fair, personable and has done a good job when he shows up. Showing up is the issue, for as my father said "90% of any job is showing up". I'm a AZ part timer and in 2020 I made two appointments with Roger and he cancelled and showed for neither, I decided to give him
another chance in 2021, Roger cancelled the first appointment as he said "he was not feeling well" I understand as that happens. I asked him to provide a new date with was today March 4th, once again no call, no text, no show. Roger states on his website "I am committed to pay attention

This is the 3rd time we used Streak Free and are extremely happy with the results. We have over 30 windows and a 2 story home. They came prepared and with all the necessary equipment and worked diligently. They arrived on time, were very detailed oriented and professional. Thank you SF.

My parents home needed windows done they haven't been cleaned professionally in 10 years. I went on a hunt and found Az Streak free. They did an amazing job. screens and windows done. I recommend this company.

My dad used them for his business and they were horrible. Took too many breaks. And then tried to pressure and persuade to buy a package that my dad didn't even need. Better off shopping around. Plenty other window cleaning companies to choose from.

Roger and his son were out to our house on 4/12/2018 to clean the inside and outside windows. After they left we noticed the majority of our windows had deep scratches on the inside tint. I called Roger to inform him of the issue. After asking that he come take a look at the damage, Roger got indignant and promptly hung up the phone. After I called Roger back, he informed me "I'm a fly by night window cleaner, what do you want from me", and hung up again. I called back once again, and Roger said, "sue me I have seventy four dollars in the bank," and guess what he did next, hung up the phone. Steer

Left screens unattached, sills and tracks dirty, windows with streaks and screens on backwards. Called owner to resolve issue. He agreed to return and redo the windows and repair screens. Never showed up and won't return calls despite numerous messages to the business.
