We have used this service on a number of occasions for carpet cleaning and even for stain removal. They are always on time and even call ahead of arriving for the appointment. They review the area and let you know if they are any areas of concern before they begin, ie., wear spots in the carpet, etc. Great team!

I had used another company to clean my rugs before, but due to Covid this company was no longer providing this service.
I had rugs picked up and they were back within 10 days even with a holiday between. I was kept in the loop with where they were in the process.
I was very impressed with the result, and will be recommending to my friends. I did not use carpet cleaning as we have now changed out flooring, but I am sure they would do a great job.

Anderson was amazing. He was thorough and paid attention to details. Great price too! Last time I used one of the bigger companies. They charged a lot more and didn’t clean anywhere near the cleaning I got from F and F. Highly recommend this company!

I searched Yelp for a company to clean a fairly new expensive rug that my dog enjoys wiping his face on. I did not want a Chem Dry or Stanley Steamer type of company but rather someone who specializes in cleaning quality rugs.
I liked F & F's reviews and decided to call. Fred the owner is very prompt and professional. He picked up my large area rug and returned it in perfect condition. I was so impressed that I gave him another rug to clean.

We've been using F&F Carpet Cleaning for several years after being recommended by a local carpet company. The office is great to schedule with and the appointments are always on time and completed professionally and with a smile. They have kept our carpets looking fresh and new and we're always amazed at how stubborn stains disappear. We likely would have had to replace our carpeting a few years ago had it not been for F&F. We had a 5x7 2 year old rug that was about $400 we had cleaned by a mobile cleaner. It just never looked the same (very short pile) and didn't get that clean. We decided to purchase another and after buying and returning two new ones we decided to try to get the original cleaned again because nothing looked as good as that first did. After taking it to F&F I kid you not, for $120 it looked as good as the day we bought it. Even the pile lay was restored! We're extremely happy and couldn't recommend them more.

Contacted F & F Carpet Cleaning regarding a carpet bleach stain. Fred requested a picture of the area and suggested a carpet repair rather than dye since the carpet is multi-color and we had extra carpet from the install a few years back. Fred ensured the carpet pile matched exactly and trimmed fibers to match existing carpet. We are so pleased as to how he matched it up perfectly that it's hard for us even find. In addition to the carpet repair, we had our tile and grout cleaned ... we were considering new throughout the house, but now that the tile/grout has been cleaned and restored, we've decided

What a great experience I had with this company. First I scheduled a time for them to come and estimate cleaning all my carpets and tile. The estimator arrived on time and masked for safety.
They sent a reminder of the appointment and came and did an amazing job. The job was a little bigger than they expected, but they stayed within their price quote and did an outstanding job on some really nasty carpets and tile. They even took before and after pics for me to see.

Fred was absolutely fabulous! He cleaned, restored, getting rid of many stains in my beautiful, authentic Persian rug! He took pictures along the way so I could view the stages! He accomplished all what he said he’d do returning the rug back to it’s beautiful vibrant, softness! I’m just so pleased!
Delivered it four days earlier than the original day promised of two weeks! Helped me put back the furniture ensuring all was perfect and to my liking!

When removing the rugs from garage, that haven't been used in several years, we unrolled to discover moth and rodent damage!
Fred took the rugs, cleaned them and found a repair person to work on unraveling of fringe.
He communicated with me along the way and was patient while we decided how to proceed due to cost.
Pet stains and odor removed. Damage fixed.
Super nice guy and great office assistance!

I called in a very uncomfortable situation, my 10 year old lab had a bad case of (sorry for the graphic comment) liquid diarrhea, and during the night she walked around the living room area out of desperation for her inability to control her bowels, I ended up with a HUGE STINKY MESS!
I explained what happen, the nice lady than answer the phone made me feel much better since she told me that they have seen it all, and that my awful experience was easy for them to fix. She gave me options for 2 different times during the SAME DAY!!!
