A proud father of three, Eli Sunrise Morse grew up surrounded by song, story, and creativity. I am passionate about food, and love to teach! I have a flair for all types of ethnic food. From soba to ceviche, I love it all. Then again, sometimes a good ol' burger just hits the spot, and that's in our wheelhouse, as well.

I can't believe I'm the first person to review Chef Eli. Simply put, he's amazing! He catered a client event for me in Knoxville (40 ppl), and not only was the food outstanding, but his service and professionalism made him extremely easy to work with. He provided a selection of hors d'oeuvres and buffet-style mains, and helped with the wine selection, as well. He held a tasting as part of the menu selection process, highlights included bacon-wrapped figs with blue cheese, spring rolls, Thai curry, and enchiladas. Super nice and fun personality, he gave an overview of everything
