When we got engaged in December and decided to shoot for an August wedding, I knew I would definitely need some help planning the wedding. Jubilee was the perfect fit, and I couldn't recommend them enough. I don't think of myself as a traditional wedding kind of person, and I wanted our day to feel very personalized and fun. From the get-go, Kristen was communicative and did an excellent job helping my now-husband and I flesh out our ideas. Alex and Sasha ar Jubilee are the best! I'm one of three staff members of a super small nonprofit arts organization, and Jubilee has been the best investment in our annual gala and awards ceremony, two intertwined events that can be complicated for some, but a welcome challenge for Alex and Sasha. I am the Development Manager for a local non-profit and had the pleasure of working with Alex and Sasha at Jubilee this past summer while planning our annual dinner. My organization has worked with them for a number of years, but this was my first time as the chief event planner- and I was quite nervous! Kristen provided full-service coordination for our September 2014 wedding with a guest list of about 130 people in Seattle. From the start she did an unbelievable job making a collection of what we thought were wild thoughts into a cohesive reality. During the process Kristen was super-organized -- the schedules, budgets, and spreadsheets she shared (via google docs) helped us to always feel that we had a grasp on all of the many, many details.

Kristen helped us plan and provided day of service for our August 9th wedding. My partner was a bit skeptical b/c Kristen doesn't come cheap - but Holy Wow - you get what you pay for! She was instrumental in carrying out our vision and her work on day of stuff was absolutley flawless! My partner and I were able to fully enjoy our perfect day b/c Kristen took care of everything.

Alex at Jubilee Event Engineers did a wonderful job organizing our wedding within the budget and according to the "feeling" we wanted for the party. She came up with creative ideas that fit well with the theme we were trying to achieve. She worked extremely well under pressure and managed the sometimes challenging personalities involved in the wedding very well. The people she engaged to help her were outstanding. We had a few challenges booking the food and DJ but Alex had excellent alternatives. It all came together well and created some wonderful memories.

Alex Martin helped us with our wedding this summer. In the months leading up to the wedding, she consulted with us and helped with us figure out logistical and creative details. We did most of the leg work finding vendors since we had only hired her for her day-of services. The week before and the day of the wedding, she did a great job coordinating with all of our vendors to make the day go smoothly. And it did! We didn't have to worry about a thing and she made sure we were doing well through the event. She really helped our wedding dreams come true!

Kristen T. organized our wedding on 8/24/13. She and her staff did an outstanding job! So many guests came up to us afterwards and commented on how well everything was executed. Selecting JEE was the BEST decision I made regarding the wedding planning. All the previous 5-star reviews have said it so much better. The easiest five-star review I've ever given. Alex was our day-of wedding coordinator and did a fantastic job. During our pre-wedding meetings she made sure we were on track and offered many great ideas from her experiences. On the big day she was there first and set everything up exactly like what we imagined. She took care of every vendor and we were able to enjoy our day. It was perfect! Thank you Alex!!

I loved Alex and her assistant Taylor. As the Caretaker at Washington Hall that rents out venues and at times worries about renters contracts. They paid attention to detail during the venue orientation and I was surprised to find them finished with all their task 30 minutes before the time allotted for leaving the hall. Their decorations were simple and elegant and fit this historic venue well. They engaged all parties: caterers, cleaners, the people getting married, guests, sound technicians, and everyone else. They rolled with the hiccups and changes of plans and feathers were never ruffled
