Ready or Knot is a very down to earth, beautiful bridal shop that offers really intentional, kind, helpful service and DEALS for wedding dresses. They have incredible inventory at shockingly low prices without the dress quality looking outdated or bleak. My sister got her dress here and I am sad I didn't get mine here! She also became friends with the gal who was helping her which goes to show how friendly and likable the employees are. They definitely make you feel at home and not pushed to buy something - not salesy at all! Loved that.

I got my dream dress from here today! The ladies here are absolutely top notch in customer service!! They were able to squeeze me in today due to a huge mishap with my dress at David’s bridal. When I called today they immediately said they would get me in as soon as possible and they asked me what size I am, what style dress I like, and had me send some sample pictures.. They had multiple dresses picked out for me when I got there and I immediately fell in love with the very first one I tried on!! I do not have enough good things to say about Ready or Knot. Jocelyn was so helpful - not only finding my dream dress but also with little details. They are well connected and have great suggestions for anything from hair/makeup to invitations. She was also able to give me good advice about potential awkward family situations and how to find a work around so it wouldn't become an issue. What I am most thankful for is obviously my beautiful dream dress but also the advice she gave me about having a first look with my dad. It was such an amazing experience and the pictures are priceless.

My mom and I happened to notice the shop when we were out and they were able to get us in last second to look for my bridesmaid dress. They picked a few popular styles and I only had to try on two to find the right one! They had a wedding dress on the mannequin by us and I couldn’t stop staring at it. Even though I wasn’t planning to look for my own wedding dress yet, they let me try it on. It was perfect! First and last wedding dress I’ll ever try on. They even saved it in their system so that I can call back to order when I’m ready. Taylor was so nice and helpful!

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. The woman who was supposed to be my stylist was not only short with me, but very inattentive. She would give me dresses, without letting me look around the store myself. She acted annoyed when I didn't like the dresses SHE chose for me. Not only that but when I tried on the dresses she would leave the area, she didn't stick around to hear my thought about the dress and made me recap what I had already said to my friends and family there. Joslyn and Monica were fantastic to work with! Monica helped me find my perfect dress. After trying on a few dresses, and listening to my feedback, she brought out my dream dress! I purchased my dress, and veil that day. The experience and the custom service were top notch. Joslyn helped when I came in to pick up my dress, and to select my bridesmaid dresses. She even offered great day of wedding advice. I feel like she truly cares about each and every bride she works with! I would highly recommend Ready or Knot!!

I truly cannot recommend Ready or Knot enough! I was so indecisive about what I wanted for a dress, and they were patient, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about every dress and option I had. Making an appointment is very easy and they're willing to work with your schedule which is wonderful. My sister bought a wedding dress from this store and she found success so I decided to try it out as well. I think depending on the time of the year you go, they have you take your shoes off, but I'm not sure. I went looking in September and the people who came with me weren't instructed to. Monica was attentive and so patient with me, super consultant! I chose not only a wedding gown from this store, but bridesmaid gowns as well.

I was 100% dissatisfied with my experience here. I had a few of my family members with me and we were all turned off by the customer service. We were not allowed to look around for dresses ourselves which was a big disappointment! She asked for my Pinterest pictures but then wouldn't let us look around at all on our own or expand outside of those styles. The employee who helped us didn't offer much help, she had a bad attitude, and she didn't seem excited to work with a bride who WAS willing to purchase, she seemed annoyed that we were there. I had a fantastic experience at Ready or Knot! It was my first bridal appointment, so I was a bit nervous. Jocelyn was very helpful and tentative to all my comments about the dresses she was pulling. She also kept my budget in mind throughout the appointment, which I very much appreciate (and so does my fiancé). I was lucky enough to find me dress while I was there. The store is absolutely gorgeous with a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend Ready or Knot to any bride for a beautiful dress and awesome experience!

Ready or Knot is a local bridal boutique in Rockbrook Village specializing in wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and wedding accessories. It's polished and upscale looking on the inside, full of natural light and decor to make it airly, whimsical and romantic. It doesn't hurt that the racks of dresses make for a very beautiful backdrop.

I went to 5 stores total to try on wedding dresses (3 in Scottsdale, where I live and 2 in Omaha where I am from) and Ready or Knot was by far my best experience.

I called ahead to speak with the stylist about some dresses I liked and although they didn't have some of them, she had pulled some perfect dresses for me to try on before I even arrived. She completely understood my style and was very helpful when talking about alterations we could make to dresses to make them exactly how I wanted them.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This was my worst customer service experience of my life! The lady who helped us was extremely rude and not helpful. She acted like we were wasting her time. She only let my cousin try on a few dresses, and when we requested to see other dresses we were told no. Ready or Knot was one of several bridal boutiques I visited before making an appointment to try on dresses. I ended up going alone to this appointment, hesitantly but was surprised at how much better it actually was without all of the opinions!! Jocelyn is so personable and picked out a dress I wouldn't have chosen myself. She met my tight timeline for a destination wedding and had an upbeat attitude about getting the perfect dress in time. I stopped in with a friend just to take a peek and Monica I was available to help us and she did a fabulous job! She walked me through my likes and dislikes and pulled several gowns for me to try. I currently live out of state so I wasn't sure what Ready or Knot would be like, but I was so impressed. I've been to another bridal store and the styles, fits, and fabrics were nowhere near comparable to the selection here. After telling the store associate a bit about my likes and dislikes she pulled 10-12 gowns for me to try on--all nearly perfect. We were the only people in the salon, so it kind of felt like a personal shopper experience.
