While every cause is a wonderful and worthwhile cause, our primary community mission is to feed hungry children. We believe a commitment to the environment and a commitment to the local community are responsible business practices. On a weekly basis, Catering Creations donates under-expired perishables to Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue.
Catering Creations provides customizable buffets for a relaxed feel, a more formal plated dinner option, or a stations buffet that allows guests to roam around the venue. We also cater family style so that you and your guests can share a meal together the old-fashioned way. As a full service caterer we are also equipped to supply the bar for your wedding and bring decorations to make your event space shine.

Not a great experience. From the beginning, it was made very clear to us that they were very busy and had lots and lots of other weddings to plan. As a result, plans for our wedding we handled last minute; although, we were assured that it would all be ok when we asked about it.
Fast forward to the wedding day... We never saw Summer. We never got introduced to the person who was running the show.
We wrote an email to the owner with some of the concerns that we had from the wedding day. Her response was apologetic, but also came off to me as defensive and "poor me." After telling us how her team

Catering Creations was spot on, fantastic for the two most recent weddings that I assisted in planning. Food was wonderful, hot, beautifully prepared and presented. The onsite team from the catering lead to the culinary crew were professional, fun, courteous, great communicators and left everything as clean or cleaner than they found it. Would recommend without hesitation for any event!!!

Michelle was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful in providing us with suggestions and options for food that would meet our needs. She went the extra mile! Catering Creations was exceptional for our wedding day. Nicole was organized and communicated every detail for menu planning. The food was AMAZING - all of our guests raved about how delicious everything was. We decided on a family style menu with guest selections for protein options - the service was fabulous. I would highly recommend!

Catering Creations provided great service at my wedding. We did brunch food and everyone loved it, everything was delicious. The carrot cake chicken and waffles were a hit!
I have a lot of family members with severe food allergies and Catering Creations not only made sure all the food was safe, they made a special plate for one of my guests who could not eat any of the food being served. I rate them highly.

The food that we served was very important to my husband and me. We wanted our appetizers, dinner choices, and late-night snacks to be representative to us and Catering Creations definitely delivered! We are so happy with how easy it was to create our menu and how flexible the Catering Creations team was to work with. Almost a week later and our guests are still raving about the food!

Nothing but positive things to say about Catering Creations! We (The Peter Kiewit Foundation) used them for a seminar at the Thompson Alumni Center at UNO and received nothing but positive feed back and even claps from the attendees. The food was delicious, the staff was extremely attentive and helpful.. I look forward to working with Catering Creations in the future for both business and personal.

I loved them. We had a wedding with 300+ guest and the food was amazing. I heard a lot of people say this was the best food they had at a wedding reception. They also gave us great service. They went above and beyond what other caterers do. They stayed and help us cleaned up after everything was done. I would highly recommend them!
