With over 20 years of residential and commercial plumbing experience, there is not much that we haven't seen. Unfortunately, so many of the repairs we encounter are due to poor maintenance and upkeep.

They tried to scam me said I needed to open my wall and convert my pipes for a leak in the stem they took it out and fixed it just enough to only leak while on but not leak while off so they replaced a seal but not both in order for them to get 600 + dollars out of me and would never give me an answer as to what the conversion was for it seems sketchy so I had someone else look at it they put the other seal and it works perfect now don’t trust them

Absolutely superb customer service. Chris was called by our home warranty service as our hot water heater died. Within minutes of being contacted they were calling us to come out here. Chris determined we needed a new hot water heater. And went above and beyond to get it to us the next day. I'm a Realtor and I would highly recommend him to all my clients and to anyone needing an excellent plumber. Most importantly, he cares! He found out I had a handicapped child and 2 grandchildren here and did not want us without hot water. Thank you, Chris!

Chris was easy to schedule with, he showed up on time, and completed the project without issue same day. He was very clean, absolutely no mess left for me to clean up. He was also Covid conscious, as we requested, and kept his mask on the whole time he was inside. Such a difference from my other plumbing experiences. I will always use Chris for any plumbing issues going forward.

Please I just about passed out when they told me how much to reconnect a new water heater! I have never been so taken advantage of in my life. The job was done but not very well. He positioned it in a way that I cannot fit my washing machine back into place it could have been turned a small amount and have everything fit back in with a smile.

If I could give zero star it would be more appropriate. This company was contracted through our AHS policy. Our toilet kept running until you jiggle the handle. Unfortunately, the toilet got stopped up and kept running and flooded our bathroom. Chris the plumber came and said it's working fine because he flushed it once and it stopped. I flushed it again and it kept running. He said, I pushed the lever too hard and that's why it kept running. It shouldn't do that, obviously, you push what ever it takes to flush. He then, blamed it on the style of toilet, which is a Kohler
