Plumber came out without any knowledge of Tankless System, had absolutely NO clue how to repair or even diagnose tankless error codes. Spent 30+ ,minutes reading the install manual and telling me that any diagnosis or disassembly was not included in the service call. Owner is great but his employee just wasted my time. Big fan of Northern Mechanical but last time I use or refer them. Very disappointed!

Northern Mechanical came through to install a mound/septic system for my new home construction in the Village of Raymond, Wisconsin. A previous plumber that was permitted a year prior failed to show or respond which resulted in a permit needing to be re-permitted 2 months prior to completion. Scott responded even though he was booked for the season. He worked me in and did an exceptional job with installation. A year later and system is working perfectly! Much appreciation!
