Young Explorers School offers Infant, Preschool, and Daycare services. We provide an active child care program to encourage growth in social, emotional, intellectual, and physical abilities. We develop and accent positive self-concepts while encouraging children to develop and expand individual creativity. Our preschool teachers promote responsibility as a member of a group and provide open-ended activities that invite many questions and explore multiple solutions.
Services
Music is a great way to teach counting skills with pre-school aged children for several reasons. First, children (and adults!) learn by auditory, visual or kinesthetic input and some children learn better with one of the three styles. Second, as any parent will tell you, children pick up songs very quickly and memorize the lines.
