Our Re-Roof Division specializes in Cedar Shake and Composition Shingle Roof Replacements on steep slope Residential and Commercial properties, along with gutters, downspouts, and skylights. We have a dedicated Repair Division that specializes in repairing existing roofs' needs, such as roof leaks, flashing, ventilation issues, skylight re-flashing and replacement, roof maintenance, and more.

CSR installed a new roof on our home in June 2021. Their customer service and sales people were outstanding, and the roof itself is great, though we're still "proving" it now that we're in winter. The foreman for the job also very kindly refinished a porch-ceiling board that we thought was rotten but just needed some surface fixes. We really appreciated that.
We ran into some issues with the installation crew (disposal of old roof materials and unused supplies, broke a flower pot and damaged our rose bush, etc.), but the company quickly addressed this issue with me when I had posted about it

We would highly recommend Cornerstone Roofing, Inc. (Bothell, Wa.). The whole staff was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The estimate from Dave Lundeen was very competitive. He did not try to sell us unnecessary product and thoroughly discussed the options. He provided us with detailed photographs and drawings of the work to be done. We had a number of bids and Dave was the only one who took the time to look in the attic crawl space and discussed the interior condition. Very pleased with the job Cornerstone did. We had a new roof put on. We got other quotes, but found Cornerstone to be the most reasonable (not the lowest, but you should see the reviews the lowest guys have). They did the job in one day, since we don't have a huge home. Great clean up. Very responsive to a cosmetic issue we raised after some flashing needed to be hammered down. Sent someone out immediately to fix it. I do recommend this company to anyone who needs a new roof.

CSR went above my expectations on my roof installation. Very professional starting with initial bid, billed exactly as quoted, quality install and great clean up daily, they even send out a QC after roof is complete to go over the roof installation. Overall a topnotch company I would highly recommend!!!

You know it's time for a new roof when you have to scoop a half inch of asphaltic shingle grit, coming off your 20+ year old roof, out of your gutters every year. I dread getting estimates for any kind of house repairs. But talking with James when he came out to do the estimate was really helpful. He explained the entire process start to finish without sales pressure.
I was impressed at how fast (and well) the job was done. It looks great. Craig was good at getting back to me with the random questions I had before and during the job. I learned that ice and water is not just a beverage.

These guys are great. I had them back after 4 years to check on a leaking skylight. It was over a covered deck and I never noticed it was leaking before. Cornerstone came out the next day in a rain storm and inspected it. They informed me it was leaking due to a flashing error during installation. They tarped it and came back a week later to repair it. They covered all costs and did a great job fixing it. It is great to see a company stand behind there work. They have done 2 roofs for me and I will use them again.

We had Cornerstone Roofing put on a new roof a couple years ago. They did a great job, finished early, looks good, and have good customer service. We also had a smooth time using their financing partner.
The real customer service came when we had a potential issue. We had some water leaking from the heavy rain and wasn't sure if it was from the roof vent. Mike Little connected us with one of their techs, Sonny. They came out, found the source of the problem, and fixed it. Not only did they fix the one that had the issue, they looked at our other vents and did maintenance on those as well

You could not ask for a more honest, amazing, responsible, and respectable roofing company. From the owner, Jim, who is a delight, to the office, who are super nice and helpful, to Craig, the awesome (and funny) foreman who seems to work 24/7, to the roofers themselves, who are pleasant and the hardest working roofers I've ever seen. I recently called back Cornerstone Roofing to inspect my flashing, during the Winter of 2019-20 as it wet hard rain season. I originally replaced my roof covering with a ridge vent end-to-end about 8 years ago. Then, it was a great experience. Why? I got even-keeled recommendations, suggestions to avoid over-weighting "Angies" ratings, (go to CheckRegister) and as I recall I had some legacy venting issue to work through. Dave came out and did a bid for me for my roof leak. He was honest about what he saw and he's been doing this for a while so I felt like I could trust his advice. He sent me a bid with an offer to do work, but not without also suggesting a solution that I could try first that didn't cost me anything. He then sent me an email and a hard copy of the bid with beautiful photos of everything so I could see the places he was suggesting to complete the work. I will call them again in the future as I know they do quality work, but not unnecessary work.
