Of course we did our due diligence and obtained three different quotes. After reviewing all three quotes, we decided to go with Clay.
Eagle was competitive in their pricing so the mutual friend certainly helped to obtain our business. Clay was also helpful by providing other business contacts for a few other projects that we have lined up.

Clay and his team are amazing. They Demo'd the old roofing , re-sheeted, and roofed our 3 bedroom home, 2 car garage, and 1,500sf shop in 5 days. The roof looks amazing, Clay does all of the paperwork for the extended warranties, and the crew cleans up so well you can't find a single nail after they are done. It's great to know companies like Clay's still exist in a heavy construction market.

Clay is knowledgeable and he fixed our roof and helped me to tighten the seals around the windows. He is very patient and answers all the questions. He often goes beyond what he was contracted for and helps offer ideas to prevent bigger issues. He did our gutters, roof cleaning and am very happy with his service.

Clay is a super cool guy and he responded very fast after our voicemail. All other high rated contractors in Yelp seem not care about individual home business. We basically need a routine maintenance and a few fixes like leaking in the corner of the roof, rotten vents, disconnected pipes. Clay and his buddies finished the work in one day with great quality and reasonable price. I would definitely call Clay again if I have roof issue in future :)

I received a few bids for a new roof for my little 1950's rambler. The owner of Eagle Roofing and Painting, Clay, was the only bidder who took the time to get up on the roof and inspect it. He made up a list of items that needed attention, bits of trim here and there, in addition to the roof and made sure all of those pieces were replaced as well, many I hadn't noticed. As a single lady I double checked his advice with a contractor before we started and was told that everything he was telling me was sound and the best way to do the job.
