A-1 messaged me telling me the rates and Availability to do repairs and a cleaning. Scheduled them for 1-7 to do the work. They never called to confirm or anything, I never really knew they were going to show or not.
Upon first inspection carpet looked good as it should after cleaning and raked. And I checked to see if the repairs to carpet were done. Repairs looked good.
Now the bad. The cleaning seemed half assed. There were areas that were completely dry! Like by the stairs and walls. Didn't even attempt to move an ottoman to clean under it. For $199 to do repairs and clean 2 rooms

Will not use A-1 for carpet cleaning again. They were suppose to stretch carpet in one room, shampoo 24 stairs, and shampoo and spot clean 2 rooms. They only shampooed two rooms. Said they always spot clean. Quoted me a price on Yelp. Did not change me price they quoted. Charged me for the stairs and stretching which they did not do.
