Stay completely away from this practice! I had a severe infection in my mol!er. I told doctor Zach that it felt exactly the way another tooth felt when I needed a root canal several years ago. I had started taking antibiotics until I could get into the office. I had to call several times because nobody ever returned my messages! I have been patient there for 3 years. Dr Zack told me to stop taking the antibiotics.He said that it wasn't an infection but that I needed to use a night guard. They then proceeded to fit me for a new night guard, charge me and make an appointment to see their endodontist

I love Premier Dental, never have I felt so welcomed by a caring staff. From the 2 Professional front desk ladies to my dental hygienist who I Absolutely love and then to Dr. Zack, Professional, Knowledgeable, Caring, Honest and who lives by his words " that patients deserve the highest quality of service" which is exactly what he does.
Dr. Zack, also treats my husband who is petrified of any dental work absolutely loves him. I am so happy that I have found all my favorite DOCTORS all in one place....

A patient of the medical division of Premier Family Health, so I figured why not have my dental and medical all in the same location. An interesting comment by the dentist," One needs to be careful since there are rip offs in the dental field." Boy was he right. Told me I needed a root canal and a crown. Had me set up for both. Went home and was wow, I don't have any pain. Went to another dentist because I felt I needed a second opinion, and all I needed was a small filling. I had the other dentist do the filing. That was at least 9 months ago and not a single problem. I

Terrible Service when I called. I go there also for my medical. I have a dental plan they accept. I had my insurance moved to their office and callled to make an appt. Offcially my insurance takes effect there in 4 days. Girl on phone says she can't make an appt because I'm not on their printed list, can't make appt for over a month, which means likely I'd not even get a date for 2 months. I called the insurance company and they said this dentist could in fact just call my insurance to confirm and they were NOT restricted to roster. Very very bad service. Not bothering to go back there for either

DR. SHANE ZACK IS BY FAR THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER HAD. Dr. Zack is professional, courteous and has a great demeanor. I have family in the area and needed emergency dental care and the staff was extremely accommodating. I now make my 2x year dental visits around my vacations. Very impressive state of the art facility.
