Palm N Sole recognizes the importance of Post Operative Care after complex surgeries as well as Pre-Op Care to assist in providing amazing results during the healing process. After surgery, fluid builds up in the body and causes inflammation. Inflammation slows down the healing process significantly.

The Lymphatic Post Op Massage helps to drain those fluids, stimulate the lymphatic system and encourages a positive healing experience. For the best results, 12-15 sessions are recommended at the most. Packages of 4 are available now. If you have not already had your surgery, it is recommended to get Pre-Op Massage about 2 months prior to your procedure for better healing results.

Fabulous waterless pedicure! Locations that offer this service are few and far between. Not only does Kashara offer this service, she is good at it and knows what she is doing. She is nice and very professional. I always enjoy getting to visit with her!

I truly enjoy Palm and Sole ; it's an outstanding service industry. I have received excellent and thorough treatmeents during my appointments. During each session, I know that my feet are receivg an A+ pedicure that is second to none. Both feet receive a thorough pedicure which iincludes a detailed nspection, professional massage, scrub, nail trim, removal of rough skin, nail filing, warm towel wrap, beautiful nail polish (if desired), and natural massage oil treatment.
After each session, my feet feel and look amazing! As an avid power walker, I treat myself to these exquisite sessions regularly
