Zenergize Wellness Spa

I definitely love this place. I have been their regular client/patient since 2017. Absolutely love the staff and the atmosphere. Great positive energy! If you enjoy getting services from local businesses with dedicated staff, like I do, I highly recommend giving it a shot! You won't regret it.

I have not attended your spa, but was thinking about it until I read the reviews. Nat, I am a owner as well, and most of your responses to past customers is not good. In order to get repeat clients, you should provide good customer service, and that is something you obviously don't believe in. It's unfortunate that you cannot cater to your customers when they have a issue. You just seem more concerned with getting your point across instead of making the customer happy. Good luck!

I have been going to Zenergize for years but my overall experience with Nat lately has been AWFUL! Every time I've contacted the spa to schedule a massage or even when I am there, he has been incredibly rude and insulting over the simplest things. Multiple therapists have told me in the past years of his attitude towards them and now I am finally experiencing it myself. Zenergize has amazing deals but it's not worth Nat's unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. Once my prepaid massages are over, I will not be returning. I truly hope he changes his approach to future clients.

My massage was wonderful at Zenergize Wellness Spa, given by Lisa. However, I am giving a rating of 2 for my overall experience with Zenergize. The day before my visit on 2/19/19, I was asked to move my appointment up an hour to accomodate the masseuse's schedule. I accepted this request as I could be flexible and accomodate it. I only wish that my flexibilty was repayed in kind or reciprocated. This was the best massage ever! I bought it as a Groupon. When my birthday rolled around I asked my husband to give me a Zenergize massage. Friendly staff and clean comfortable place. Highly recommend Zenergize!

Love this place! Nothing fancy, but great massages for a great price. You always get the full hour (or 90 minutes) and come out so relaxed. I love Lisa, who always listens to my problem areas and concentrates on those, and my hubby loves Joanne.

Admin guy/ owner is so rude. My infant was 6 weeks and he was sick, so I had to reschedule. This owner was so rude and he wanted to charge me for rescheduling. I'd never ever go there again.

Got a groupon and end up buying some additional massages after my massage. I enjoyed my massage. I try to get a massage once a month. The location is in a nice area. Found it easily with gps. It's on the end inside a shopping center. The front desk receptionist was very kind and pushed for additional massages. Great Salesman. Maybe he was the owner if not you hired a great employee for your business. It wasn't in a harassing way just made it clear it would be a good idea to take advantage of the discount they were offering for additional massages.

Where to begin. First off when I walked in the spa, there were two people working the front desk and not one of them stopped to greet me. The lady looked directly at me but said nothing. I went here on a Groupon deal to try it out. I've had a couple of massages in the ATL and most of them were just ok. This stressed out chick needed some serious work on those shoulder knots and lower back pain from hours of poor posture in front of a laptop. I've been debating writing this review, because I hate to leave bad reviews....but I really had a bad experience. I bought a groupon here to try it. Upon arriving, the decor and sign is REALLY run down.

The massage tables were VERY comfortable! Usually I have an issue with my face losing circulation but I had no problems practically falling asleep. Also, the sheets smelled like heaven, not sure what detergent they use but it's great!

The guy who did my massage(cant remember his name) was really gentle and I was immediately comfortable.

They also sell make-up and do a variety of other things there. Once I get some more money to pamper myself I will be back!

I was an extremely happy customer and loved their service up until a year ago because there a scheduling mix up since I was out of town. The reviews about scheduling and the person on the other end being rude and unprofessional seems about the experience I had. I wish I could have recorded the conversation because i felt
