Fields Construction & Excavating, Inc. is a full service site development company for Western New York region, specializing in Lake Frontage development. The company began primarily as a project management and site excavation company. However we continuously expand and update our services and now proudly offer a lake frontage development division, within our company.

Our fleet of equipment consists of "NEW" state-of-the-art construction technologies. For example our laser guided dozers and transits make guiding and grading more accurate and time efficient. Our top-of-the-line equipment allows us to complete your project quicker, cost effectively and to your specific requirements.

When we purchased land on Canandaigua Lake, we knew we had a big job ahead of us. The land that we purchased needed major modifications in order for it to be inhabitable. We needed a 2/3 of a mile road built on a fairly significant grade, and the land required major excavating in order to build a house.
