As the former Executive Director for the East Bay Rental Housing Association she is a recognized industry leader in housing policy, property management and pre-purchase due diligence.
As a former lobbyist, she has managed campaigns focused on real estate, rent control and property owners rights. Jill often speaks on panels and other public engagements concerning rental housing policy at the state and local level. Jill is a member of the Oakland Berkeley Association of Realtors, serving on the Government Action Committee, as well as a member of the California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
