I recently moved into the house and noticed that there was a puddle on the floor coming from the furnace. I called this morning and the office said that they could send someone out no later than 4. Cory and Travis arrived earlier than I expected. They were amazing! Of course the parts have to be ordered for the leak coming from the trap. They checked everything else out and explained everything to me! I even requested the yearly service plan.

I have been using Elite for several years and have found the technicians to be knowledgeable, pleasant and very courteous. I usually ask for Chris, he always has a warm greeting accompanied with a nice smile. When I have questions he takes the time to explain how something works so I understand it’s function. Sal and Brendon are highly knowledgeable, courteous professionals, experts who paid great attention to the details of the job, including cleanup, which was thorough. My installation was challenging because of space restrictions that required a lot of tight work and fitting. They pulled the whole project off with excellence. Great team, great value, great job! Cory from Elite Air was my tech today, he arrived earlier than expected which was great. They were here to service and clean my mini-split Fujitsu unit that is in our upstairs attic which was converted into our master. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely thorough throughout the entire visit. While I have nothing to really compare the costs to, I can share that the job took a considerable amount of time; Cory disassembled the entire unit to make sure it was properly cleaned and functioning again once reassembled. He did try to up-sell me on some additional services, which is expected

Outstanding service! The technician, Bruno showed up earlier than anticipated, very professional and courteous. He asked in advanced if there were any questions before he proceeded to inspect the furnace. He conducted a thorough inspection and gave me a detailed report on the operational status of the furnace and a couple of suggestions for preventative maintenance. Very pleased with the service and will most likely go back to have the suggested service done 👍🏼

We discovered Elite Air, Inc with a simple local google search and were impressed with their reviews. Upon reaching out to make an appointment they were very quick to return our call and we had an appointment for an estimate within 24 hours. Joe came to our house and we discussed what we were looking for, what issues we were having with our current system and how that can all be improved. For the second year in a row they are many hours late for a service appointment. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the work is decent. Last year they were about 3 hours past the 4 hour window this year closer to 4 hours. My appointment was 12-4, just get a text they will be here close to 8. I don't know if I'll continue using them after this. While I understand it's the busy season, I didn't get a call until almost 4, was told the technician would be here no later then 6.

First experience with this company. Chose it based on positive Yelp reviews which were well deserved. Had air conditioning problem. Scheduled an appointment. Got a call saying tech would be delayed-how considerate is that!! Very good customer service and knowledgable tech willing to explain the process, problem.

They are very helpful. We have a leak in our air conditioner and needs services every year. This is our third year yet by then and they never pressure us to purchase a new unit knowing we are going to move soon.
Update: had our furnace replaced. I wish I waited because they charged me arm and a leg for their furnace. I was impatient to wait for my contractor and thinking I was getting limited life time warranty that it was good deal. Oh boy, not until my contractor told me what should of actually costed me. I could have saved more than half what charged me. My advice...always get a second

OUTSTANDING! We knew our furnace was on borrowed time and of course it conked out during a crazy cold spell. They came first thing the next morning to give us a quote, and were there two days later to install since the unit had to be ordered. The crew was incredible, and took every possible precaution to keep my house clean. They were neat and courteous and when the job became way more involved than originally thought, they worked right through without a complaint. What we thought was a half day job became an all day affair, from 8:30 am to 5:45 pm, and these guys never wasted time, and never
