Slav Zinger has been photographing since his childhood. His father, an award-winning photographer, mentored Slav through his early years. After moving to Chicago from Ukraine, his natural skill helped facilitate his growing business of over 25 years. Prior to his independent endeavor, Slav worked as a lead photographer with the legendary Fran Kapp in Highland Park.
He was humbled to have received numerous accolades that have pointed to his dedication of stand-out imagery and disciplined customer service. I wanted to thank you and Vadim for all of your time on Sat. I could tell you are a true artist by how you wanted to get every shot at every angle or had to have the light just right to capture all of the moments of our special day for us. You were so GREAT to work with. Doug said you took over 2,000 pictures, and I can't wait to see them!

I ordered a 12x12, edge-to-edge, seamless wedding album from Slav (the owner of Zi Studio) through his business website Luxeo Photo Albums. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We got the album, ahead of expected delivery, we were ecstatic about it's quality and finish! It will be a wonderful heirloom of our wedding and we are very happy we found Slav!

Slav did my wedding several years ago. Here is my experience broken down into categories:
Cost: 3-4 stars. For Russian photographers he is pretty middle-of-the-road price-wise, which is much cheaper then typical american photographers. He also works ALL DAY (from getting dressed in the AM to about midnight) for that price.
Quality of Photos: Solid 3 star. Nothing special but didn't ruin my day. Good group shots, clear images. Unless he has changed up his style in the last several years, I would not expect anything especially creative or artistic.
Personality/ease of working with him
