Services
We believe the sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments of Holy Scripture (the Bible) to be inspired by the Holy Spirit, the only infallible, authoritative, inerrant Word of God. All Scripture is a testimony to Christ, who is Himself the focus of divine revelation.
We believe there is one and only one true and living God existing in three Persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - each a distinct Person, but all of one essence and all having the same nature, perfections, and attributes, and each is worthy of precisely the same worship, confidence, and obedience (Genesis 1:26; Jeremiah 10:10; Matthew 3:16-17, 28:19).

My name is Jessica Navarro and I have been privileged to serve the Hillcrest Christian School community for the past 19 years. After earning my degree from California Lutheran University, the Lord brought me to Hillcrest to teach Spanish and algebra at the high school level. At the time, I had no idea how God would allow me to grow and develop as an educator.
Hillcrest Christian School began in the hearts and minds of members and friends of a non-denominational Christian fellowship. HCS, under the auspices of Hillcrest Christian Center, began in 1977. A few years later, the leadership determined to move the school to the location at 384 Erbes Road. Hillcrest Christian School was established by the church, Hillcrest Christian Center, in the fall of 1977.
Hillcrest Christian School (HCS) is a non-profit, private co-educational, college preparatory school that spans services from infants through high school. HCS is accredited by both the Association of Christian Schools International and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
In operation since 1977, there are approximately 300 students making our student-to-teacher ratio one that is able to offer more focused attention for students as well as many opportunities for students to experience academic excellence and success, spiritual growth, and a caring environment.HCS intentionally strives to serve Christian families who are committed to a church body.
