Since our first encounter with Brian, we have nothing but good to say about him and his company. The common theme from most of these reviews is "responsive"! We first used him to replace a boiler system. Introduced to us by our contractor about 4 yrs ago, we have used him now at least four times and have even had him do work on my in-laws and others. Any concerns or issues (very few) that have come up have been addressed or resolved in a timely fashion. The work has been excellent and will continue to use and recommend Zax's Plumbing. Very responsive to his customer's needs!!

Needed a Plumber ASAP. Completed a gas pressure test, got me insurance info for the town. Very responsive and puts in extra effort to make sure you're taken care of. I probably have 30 text messages and 20 calls with them just for one job and they picked up or answered every time! Highly recommend.

Zax put a bathroom on our basement. Brian worked with us to make everything work. We had a sink that he got tubing for so that we could use it. The work was hard as there was concrete to cut through. Brian was easy to get in touch with and always either answered my calls and emails or got back to me quickly. His wife who works with the business was great as well. The men came when Brian said they would. They did the work in a very timely manner and finished when they said. At one point, I needed something done quickly and Brian showed up the next day. Everyone was professional and friendly

One of the hardest things in life is finding an honest, reliable and professional plumber. Zax is all those things and more! They have done plenty of projects in my home (as part of larger projects) but today they came to replace my water heater. Right from the start they were transparent and now that the job is done (they spent close to 9 hours here) I am completely satisfied and will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

I was in need of changing our expansion tank. Sent out quote requests on Yelp, Brian wasn't the first to response but he called me as soon as I gave out my number and said he could stop by the next day. Price he quoted was the lowest among the three quotes I received. I didn't see a five-star review on Yelp but did see there were two recently five-star reviews not showing up (why is that, Yelp?). I googled the business and saw good reviews on Google so decided to give it a try since he could be at my house the soonest. He came over and did the work within a short amount of time, he also

I called this service yesterday regarding some waste line and discharge issue under the sink in the kitchen. I quickly learned that they wouldn't be able to help us because of our location (they generally don't come to the city and it was my fault that I didn't check their location before I contacted them), however, the gentleman that was on the other line was kind enough to answer some questions I had even though I wasn't gonna be able to request their service and pay them. If you're in Long Island area and need a plumbing service, you should try this place!
