I was really looking forward to working with this company given that it's family owned and I come from a 4 generation family business. Their prices are the highest prices I was quoted...which I was OK with as long as the service was good and reliable, I'm happy to support local small business. I let them know that I'm about to run out of oil, but they can't get me oil for several days so I called another company for COD oil. 2 days later, I have a consultation appointment for 12pm to go over contract options. Justin comes over 5 hours late, but things happen so that's not a big deal. We go over

We had been recommended to Mac because of their experience in our town. We had a difficult job to replace an aging and corroded pipe behind our burner. It was a very tight fit, and not once did they complain and kept reassuring us that they will do their best to repair it. I cant even tell you how happy we are with the job but mostly the professionalism of a quick quote and then service. They showed up when said and if they couldn't , we got a phone call a day before. I was new to oil home heating and receiving terrible info from all the companies that I called. A friend in the neighborhood recommended Mac oil and I'm so happy she did! They were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to as I called to learn about prices, contacts, service, and some things that other companies had no time, or patients for. I chose them, and thank goodness I did because that week my house smelled like it was on fire and smoke was coming out of my chimney!! It seems that the former company did not service/clean my system and I was told that they did. I called the Mac office

Excellent service. Called early in AM when I realized boiler was not working. A couple of hours later they were here and promptly resolved the issue getting our heat and hot water going. Extremely thankful for their responsiveness! The best!

These guys are professionals. We needed to change the tank and boiler as it was 57 years old. Bill came over and gave us a very reasonable price. They finished in 1 day. Charlie called us down when they cut the tank and showed us that it about to go. If I found 200 gallons of oil in my basement I would have died. Don't go to someone else because they are cheaper, go with the best. We will both be dead when the warranty expires. By the way my married name is Franco
