I wanted to downsize now that my children are grown. I had reservations about living in an apartment after 38 years of owning my own home. My concerns were soon laid to rest after I settled in at Starabuck Island. It is very quiet, I do not hear my neighbors (I have people living above and below me). The maintainence crew are very efficient and respond quickly to a request for service. The property landscaping is well laid out and meticulously maintained. The walking paths are very nice to stroll along, and the views are stunning. The layout of my apartment has good flow, and the rooms are comfortable
