Services
Community solar (or "shared" solar) is a program where solar energy is produced by a remotely installed solar garden (AKA solar farm), with all electricity produced flowing into the electric utility and creating solar bill credits.

Local residents and businesses are then able to subscribe to the solar garden and benefit by receiving those solar bill credits on their electric bills - saving them money, and supporting clean, local energy generation without having to install panels on their roof or property.Although we are limiting human-to-human contact, we are still open for your housing needs!
Exclusively for Solomon residents and employees, use the code SOLOMON20 to take 20% off your subscription for an entire year and a free trial month! We are proud to announce a partnership with Gooroo, an educational technology company and an official vendor and partner of the NYC and Texas Department of Education.

I'm feeling greatly indifferent šŸ˜. The negative comments I'm reading now (I've lived here for about four months now). Seem to be a nightmare coming to life. I'm hopeful for the future but I'm also not "sitting pretty".

I move here in June of 2020 I still donā€™t have a closet door nor did they fix my kids closet door. They have some weak walls because the door stopper went into the wall and they half fixed it. I been calling for my closet doors since the day I moved in all I get itā€™s a sorry and we are backed up. How are yā€™all backed up when it should have been done before I moved in. Not to mention the apartment wasnā€™t swept or mopped I had to call them to do so the day I was moving in smh. I am counting down the days until my lease is up so I can get out of here.

My daughter lived at these apartments for about 4 months and wrote this review on another site.
The apartment I rented was cute and reasonably priced. However, the halls always smelled like weed. I was content in my apartment until I saw a mouse run by my bed one night. At first I thought it was pretty cute but then realized where thereā€™s one thereā€™s a million. I couldnā€™t figure out how it got in my apartment unless he slid under my door somehow. It also wasnā€™t very afraid of me which I thought was weird then thought maybe itā€™s someoneā€™s baby pet rat. After some research I found out

So, I recently moved out of this complex. Yes, the price is very reasonable. The apartments with the new flooring and newer kitchen appliances are not bad at all.
There are more negatives to positives unfortunately. Since it is winter while writing this i will start with that when there is a snow storm and the plows do come through they make a path in the parking lot but they bury the car in to the parking spots. Which is a huge problem.
The other issues are things like The building needs to cleaned more and some of the outlets do not work.
The other issue is DO NOT USE THE ONLINE PORTAL.

When I moved into this apartment everything seemed great. I quickly realized the management consists of human trash that only want to siphon as much money out of their tenants as possible.
During the summer, I had an internship that required me to be away for a month at a time for two months. After the first month, there was an ant infestation. I called maintenance to take care of it. It was regarded as not as an emergency and they would take care of it, when they got to it. I came back after my internship had ended. There were ants everywhere and they had done absolutely nothing. They handled

Generally speaking the management has been very helpful as we have had a few personal and financial issues over the years. They have helped immensely by signing papers and are still more than understanding about rent being paid in part by another party. The maintenance guys are very courteous and respectful. The price is reasonable by comparison to anything else in this area.
About 2 1/2 years ago my refrigerator died on a weekend. The on-call maintenance was pretty embarrassed to bring me the only fridge he could find; quite old/beat up. He apologized profusely and said I could get a better one

Nice apartments a little pricey, but not too bad compared to other places. The staff have always been helpful and I have enjoyed living here. The location isn't bad and is close to troy and they allow pets which is a huge plus for me as I have a cat. I have barely had any maint. problems and the ones I have had have been fixed quickly.

Pricey but nice apartments. Low traffic area. On the flip side the staff in the leasing office are odious and the maintenance staff are very unprofessional. During the summer they blow all the grass and rocks at everyoneā€™s car. In the winter time they show up somewhere between 7 and 10am for snow removal and obnoxiously blown the horn. Hope you hear the horn because if you donā€™t youā€™ll be like the elderly neighbor who literally had her car buried in snow. They pushed the snow in front, behind, and to the sides of the car. In conclusion thereā€™s better options out there for the money. The

I am the representative payee for a friend who lives at the Hudson Pointe Apartments in Troy, NY. She has special needs and has peace of mind in knowing that the apartment building is well maintained and that when ever an issue arises both management and their maintenance crews take care of things asap.. If you are looking for a nice apartment to live in without having to deal with non-local management or having hassles in having maintenance addressed you should look into Hudson Pointe. The Solomon Organization does a great job and is to be commended.
