I had two different companies come look at my air conditioner and the general consensus was it's old and needs replacing. I decided that instead of replacing it with a $7,000 system, that I could replace the part for under $200. As it turned out the suspected part was not the problem and with the guidance from Mark at cooling and heating I repaired my air handler with a relay for under $30 Without the parts and advice from cooling and heating I would have had to spend $7,000 for a new unit when a part for under $30 was all that needed to be replaced. Thank you Mark at cooling and heating.
