Bryan returned our phone call immediately and to my pleasant surprise offered to do the job the same day an hour or so after our conversation. Who does that? Our central air conditioner was freezing up and our condenser coil needed a thorough cleaning. Zack our technician was pleasant, professional, and respectful, and he answered all my questions with knowledge and expertise. The problem is all fixed and my wife and I are relaxing in cool, cozy comfort with a properly working air conditioner. I would definitely not hesitate to use BETTER HEATING AND AIR again. Brian came out today to resolve an AC freezing problem. Coils were blocked/dirty, refrigerant was leaking/low. Was able to get everything cleaned up , patched up and filled up without issue. Extremely friendly and easy to chat with. Was very happy to have Brian fix my issues.

We had a small 1 day $6.5K A/C and heater install job to replace an aged system. We were impressed with the owner, Brian, and his work crew. When I was receiving bids, Brian paid close attention to my needs and ensured that the system he recommended fit all of my requirements. I really appreciated his competence and how he took the time to understand precisely what problems I was trying to solve. During the install, the work crew arrived on time and accomplished the work exactly as previously discussed.

They offer competitive pricing and superb customer service. Brian our technician has 30 years experience and is very knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to texts or calls, and made sure we were happy with everything. He and his crew installed our new unit, which included a build out of our air return, in one day. He made sure we understood the options, our needs, and steered us away from too big a unit. Then once installed he took the time needed to adjust system and explain it all to us. He always has a good attitude and was helpful. The crew also took the time to clean up when they were finished
