Charlie Kelson told us he would be at our home on Thursday of last week. We waited all day, tried to message him and got no response. On Friday my husband called Charlie and was told he would be at our house at noon. At 1:30 my husband called and he said he would be over later. Friday late afternoon he told us he was not coming that day but since he left us hanging all day he would come first thing on Monday morning. It is now 2:20 and he has not called or texted. So disappointing, so unprofessional.

Great company! On time, flexible when I needed to reschedule. Even more amazing, my water heater problem ended up not being a problem at all, just needed a quick look, and they wouldn’t even charge me! Charlie and his employee were professional and kind. It was a great welcome to my new town!

This is the second time I have used Kelson, had a home inspection and they came out first thing next morning to fix and repair. I can not say enough about the. Best service, best repair, this it what service use to be like! Happy with all the work they have done for me to date. Five Stars here.

Started out fine but not much attention to detail and never finished the job. Started out with a laundry relocation. The helper installed the plumbing on the OUTSIDE of an interior wall because he didn't want to cut the wall. After I had them correct that, they did a replumb of my supply lines. They got the hot and cold backwards coming out of the floor to the sink faucet and told me it was "too late to correct it", they broke a copper pipe in the wall and I had to pay additional for them to fix it and was forced to get new faucet and knobs at my expense due to this also. Then they forgot to do

When the "other guys" didn't show when they were supposed to, I called Kelsons. Charlie was done for the day and found out what my problem was and came here on his way home! Fixed my broken Main shutoff valve within an hour--and didn't charge me a small fortune either! He has my business from now on, Cannot say enough...
