ROYAL LAWN SERVICE is a Joke and if you have a nice or pristine lawn or want one, don't let them cut your grass! They will ruin your lawn. They will tear up your lawn and will not provide proper support to fix their issues. The problems start with Nicole (a self-proclaimed president of the company). Since I have allowed them to cut my Lawn, it looks terrible where they trim it and use the weed eaters. Look at the reviews from other customers you will see the same issues. They trim the edges down to the dirt and it's so bad that it kills the grass along the edges and causes

I couldn't be more disappointed with this company. The customer service is nothing less than offensive. I'm not sure, but I suspect it's a scam.
I called Royal because one irrigation station wasn't working and I couldn't find the water valve because it had been buried by erosion. I presumed they had a wire finder.
Long story short, I now have not one, but 3 stations that don't work, a broken spray head that was left lying on the lawn, much unnecessary rewiring of stations which are now out of order and a large bill for wasted time.

We have had an awful experience with Royal Lawn. We have used them for the last month and every week we have to call the office after the mowers leave because they leave the yard looking like the pictures I've attached. They sent the crew back the first week to remow it. Last week we remowed it ourselves. I thought after sending the pictures they would talk to their employees, but I guess they didn't because we had the same experience with them today. Such a disappointment.

They are very high priced for the service they offer, I told them at the end of the first season that I would not use them again due to plants they killed after I showed the workers where the plants were. they did replace the plants in the wrong location a year later and changed the rules saying I needed to mark each plant or they would not be… responsible! They fertilized anyway and started to mow and I asked them to quit and leave. I had told them not to access my account for payment but they collected against my wishes!! Nichole assured me that no payment would be charged then she admitted

Incredible service and results. I have a very large amount of area to treat (13-14 acres) and Royal has made those 13-14 acres SO MUCH more manageable. Because the weeds have been virtually eliminated, mowing can occur less frequently. ALL the dandelions are gone! Mowing couldn't stop them. This is a great place to do business!

I need to report a sodomy! Waaaaaay overpriced for sub-standard work. Unfortunately, I was over a barrel and needed to have some trees and bushes trimmed before putting my house on the market. I feel that they took advantage of this. Charged an astronomical price, more than triple what I had paid before to another company when I had more time and the other company did more work. They basically hacked my bushes to small, gnarly stubs and only trimmed the trees as far up as they could reach with loppers. The contract I stupidly agreed to said, "...per conversation."
