Raquel and John are awesome It's always going above and beyond for their customer wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else

Might do decent work, but the receptionist lady has no idea what she is talking about. After a few minutes on the phone with her I'd rather take my money elsewhere, "the customer is always right". I've never had a receptionist speak to me that way, do yourselves a favor and hire someone who can speak to a customer and get them in the door, based off my experience I'd choose literally any other business over this one

I came in after a hit and run incident. They did an amazing job fixing my car as it was hit pretty bad. Great customer service as well! I definitely recommend this place.

If it were possible to give no stars I would
I went to obtain an estimate, and was willing to give them the job, I asked a simple question as to the time/experience the individual had, his response was "what does it matter?"
I meant no offence, but his attitude indicateed that he was superior to me and indifferent to my situation.
I would not recomend that anyine go to this shop as they obviously don't have the customer upper most in their attitudes.

We had our vehicle repaired at Pioneer after a tire tread hit the hood and shattered the windshield on the highway. The staff was friendly, they listened to our concerns and when the vehicle was done it looked like nothing had ever happened. Thank you Pioneer!

Pioneer Collision, in Oroville, CA, was so very helpful when my sons' truck was hit by deer in that area. He was in that area for work, we live about 4 hrs away, but Pioneer was so very patient, working with insurance company that finally agreed it wasn't totaled, altho at first they said it was, had it towed to Sacramento, then had it towed back to Pioneer. The work they did on the truck was great, my son said it drives better than before it was hit. Raquel was most efficient, never seemed to get upset, no matter what the insurance company came up with.

Horrible service! I had my car towed there after it was rear-ended because my insurance company values them as a preferred shop. We have had nothing but issues with Pioneer since our car was towed in. I told them at the beginning that we heard a weird noise and that our vehicle was wobbling and veering. Three times I asked them to test drive my vehicle, and three times I was assured it would be. However, when they asked me to come inspect our car for pickup, I asked if the noise/wobbling/veering had been addressed and they informed me that it was never test driven. They said they thought maybe

We have had two jobs done by them now. Above expectations and waayy on time. Will definitely use them as much as possible!

I had my 4Runner fixed at Pioneer Collision Center after my car rolled downhill backwards into an oak tree, with no one in it. They put on a new tailgate and did other repairs and afterwards you couldn't tell there was ever anything wrong with it. Thanks pioneer

I drove past this place one day and decided to stop in for a quote on that bumper I've been meaning to get a quote on for about 3 years (lol). When I arrived the lady at the counter was very attentive and nice. She thoroughly explained everything to me and then gave me a quote based on the worst possible scenario. She also got me in at my earliest convenience which I know was not easy as they looked pretty busy. The job was done in record time and the results are amazing! Thank you so much.

I was sideswiped in a hit-and-run accident while my car was parked on the street in downtown Sacramento. Since my car is 10+ years old, I have liability only insurance which sucks because I had to pay for the damages. I went to a couple of body shops in Sacramento and they quoted me at around $2500 which was much more than I expected.
