We are one of the first local Referral Agencies to service as a match maker between a client and a house cleaning service in Santa Rosa, and Sonoma County as a whole.
Each home has different needs. Each house cleaner may have a different style. We've included a list of most frequently requested tasks that clients look for in 3 different types of residential house cleaning. This is not meant to be a pre-packaged cleaning to limit your needs. You can use these to jog your mind about what you're looking for in your own customized cleaning.
Gift cards are delivered via email instantly and can apply to any of our services! If you want to surprise your special someone without having the gift card emailed to them, simply put your own email as the recipient and print out the gift card. We love completing orders for gift cards because there's always a good story behind it and let's face it everyone loves a good story.
One or two cleaners, depending on the size of your home, your cleaning specifications, cleaners' availability and your preference are all taken into account. You can do as much or as little preparation for the cleaners, however it will keep costs low if the home is picked up for the cleaners to get straight to work upon their arrival.

Laura arrived and did a thorough move out clean. Overall experience was exactly what I needed: turn over the cleaning responsibility to someone else because I needed to focus on the new place and getting my kids settled. We made an appointment for a cleaning about a 5-7days out. I am expecting to give birth this sat/sun, so Friday was the cleaning day. And the day before, Thursday, they needed to cancel because a cleaner hurt her wrist at another job. We were asked if we had any flexibility which we unfortunately do not. They should have more cleaners in their cleaning pool to cover issues like this. Ultimately, we had to hustle around to find another cleaning agency that could do a cleaning the following day at short notice.
We weren't offered a discount, or anything for having to cancel.

After 2 years of never asking for anything extra and in fact often requesting less than what was contracted for, and dealing with 3 different cleaners in the last 3 months, this company took a one sided approach based on a misunderstanding of their cleaner and terminated their contract with me. The reason given is my house is too small of a job and they can't find a cleaner for it. This is based on their regular hourly rate so what does it matter if it only takes 2 hours?

We used Dash Cleaning when we were moving out of our rented condo. Our landlord was extremely picky, and I was worried she would deduct for little things if the condo wasn't turned over to her super clean. Our cleaner, Ellie, arrived on time, called just before arriving like I had asked, and she did a great job. The condo was cleaned top to bottom, perfection. Our landlord the next day at the final walk through was speechless. We will use Dash Cleaning at our new apartment, and the landlord asked who we used for future use as well.

I found Dash of Clean on Angies list so I knew it would be good. But they were great! I ordered their services for my elderly parents and explained the situation. They took care of everything and sent the nicest people.
And lets not forget the cleaning. The house looked amazing! And it means so much to me that I don't have to worry about my parents.
