I was born and raised in Santa Rosa, graduated from Montgomery High School in 1990, and am in the process of raising two beautiful children here. I have been told by many customers over the years that I was able to get their carpets cleaner than anyone has before. My "do not rush" and "work smart not hard" approach has served my customers well for years.
I am certified in Stone, Masonry, and Ceramic Tile Cleaning. People often do not think of cleaning their tile floors, showers, and counter tops. This type of cleaning really has the "Wow Factor"! Customers are often amazed to find out they have a light colored grout instead of the dark gray, brown or even black grout that was actually dirt building up over the years.
I also hold a certification in Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning. This is another area that people do not consider cleaning on a regular basis, but they should. Your family room couch or favorite recliner chair can often have collected more soil, food stains, and body and hair oils than your carpet ever will.

Great service, nice guy. Has come to clean our carpets a couple of times and is very good and friendly. I will only go with Dennis to have my carpets cleaned from this point forward. He was able to come over with short notice and was very accommodating with my super busy schedule. If you are looking for a great honest guy, Dennis is your man.

Dennis was prompt on time, got us in with in a reasonable time frame and did a fantastic job. I will use Pristine Clean for all my carpet cleaning needs. I was extremely busy and crushed for time between appointments and he worked around my schedule while I was trying to get ready and juggling pets while he was here. Dennis at Pristine Clean is a very knowledgeable, honest, and an attentive business owner. You can tell he values his business and customers. Calling for a quote and scheduling the service was friendly, easy, and he scheduled us in very quickly. Day of cleaning he was on time and ready to go. Dennis provides fast, amazing service. My mother had a serious fall in her apartment, went into the hospital and I needed someone to clean her carpets before she returned home. I called Pristine Clean Monday morning, explained that my mother was coming home that day and we needed clean carpets for her. Dennis was so cooperative and agreed to meet me at 12:30 to do the job. When he arrived he could not locate a hose bib near her apartment wall, stretched across the driveway and solved the problem. he did a great job on short notice and she was delighted at how clean her carpets were. Anytime I need my carpets or furniture cleaned I always call Dennis!!! If you have pets & stains, he's got the magic carpet cleaner to make your house feel new again... Great work, love this guy! He's done 3 different houses for me when I moved out & came on the fly when ever my pet had an accident. This guy has helped me get all my deposits back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I had Dennis come out and clean our 2 carpeted rooms before we moved out. They were very small rooms so I appreciated how affordable it was. Dennis was very professional, on-time (actually a bit early which worked out better) and it didn't take too long. One major thing I want to point out is that he answered the call after 5:30pm and was able to schedule me for the next day...every other carpet cleaning company I called went to voicemail. Dennis did an excellent job bringing our furniture back to life after it went through two moves. He is very educated and thorough. I also felt he was very trustworthy. We are new to the area and he took extra time to offer ideas and suggestions to help get us better acquainted with the area. We only had him do our furniture and area rug on this visit, but we plan to have him back for carpet and leather cleaning. I'd highly recommend Pristine Clean for you upholstery, carpet, leather, and tile needs.
