Very good experience with Dr. Phillips and staff. Even though I had to have a crown replaced! No pain. However, after having the temporary put on, I would have wanted more info about how to take care of it for the next two weeks, ex. brushing teeth, flossing, wearing night guard, what to do if it comes off, etc.

I have been a patient of Dr. Phillips for almost 7 years and would have loved to continue to see him. However, his office manager Anel is always so rude and unprofessional. My May appt was cancelled via text with no follow up or phone call. In the past, they would call patients until they adapted the texting. I understand the Covid-19 times but all my other doctors have stayed open or communicated with their patients more. Today I received a call from Anel (3 months after they cancelled me) to reschedule. I happened to mention that a call when they cancelled me would have been nice. To my surprise

Dr Phillips is the most caring and gentle dentist I have ever been to! I have a fear of dentists, needles, drilling...it all terrifies me!! But Dr Phillips is great! He works quickly and carefully. He is through and will do whatever he can to make you comfortable. He is great at making sure to do the best treatment possible for the nature of your dental need and will save every tooth possible!! I will never go to another dentist ever!! 10 stars for this dental Superman!!!
