I contacted Jack a couple months ago to help us sell our condo since we needed some extra funds. Underneath it all he could really tell that I wasn't ready to move. Through the whole process there was no pressure, only helpfulness. At the end of it all he helped us find a great loan officer who's refinancing our place. We got what we needed not what we thought we needed. At the end of the day I don't think he made any money on the deal but we have since referred him to a lot of our friends and will continue to do so. Working with Jack is a really great experience. I didn't have a lot of time to look over properties and he only sent me properties that were tailored to fit me and my fiancée's needs. I can't say that for the other realtors that tried working with before.
